Under the direction of the Naloxone Program Director, the Office and Field Assistant is responsible for all duties/strategies related to the Naloxone Regional Community Distribution Hub. Deliver Naloxone within forty-eight hours of request, Naloxone training, Fentanyl presentations as well as monitoring and maintaining the stock levels of the Naloxone. Join our team today!
Responsible for performing all duties/strategies related to ETCADA Transition program as a Case Manager. Duties primarily consists of assisting at risk youth/young adults ages 15 1/2 to 25 with barriers impacting their ability to live stable, successful lives. Barriers include but are not limited to victims of crime resulting in trauma and/or current/former foster care populations. The Case Manager will assess participant’s needs, support and facilitate individual transition plans to meet those needs; including goal setting and providing tools needed to achieve successful outcomes. Plans can include individual and group counseling, facilitation of peer support groups, referrals to community resources, employment services, job ready training, career development, advocacy, assistance with transportation, housing assistance and financial literacy.
